The American's Nations formed the Pan-American Civil Aviation Organization for the purpose to develop an international aviation safety program. This organization will team up with the following players: aviation industry, the commercial airlines, air cargo, and the individual countries particular aviation safety program. This safety program will integrate the principles and techniques of the individual nation's aviation safety programs. This input will then be used to mold the Pan-Americas aviation safety program. The organization headquarters will be located at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil international airport in Rio Janeiro-Galeao. The international aviation safety program is responsible for all aspects of aviation safety. After each semi-monthly meeting, there will be the newsletter that will provide more in-depth information.
