I guess it didn't really hit me until that one day in May that I realized, "Holy crap, I'm graduating. All that work and preparation, not to mention test after exam after quiz after presentation, I AM GRADUATING. I could feel it just roll off my lips as I said it, and throughout the entire year up until that day I never really thought about it, sure we had rehearsals and meetings on the "Big Event", but it just didn't sink in until like I said, that one day in May. I remember sitting on my bed the night before looking through this year's yearbook we had just received, I Think it was themed "Huskies of Tomorrow" But I could be wrong. I wasn't in it much, just the occasional snap shot of us doing something random. I put the book down and looked across the room at that bright blue cap and gown hanging on my closet door, I thought to myself that that was a lot of money to spend on something I was only going to wear once. I pushed the thought aside and started getting everything ready. Clothes to wear under gown, check. Clothes to change into for party afterwar......
