After reading Brooks essay Love, Internet Style, but online dating. I would have to say that I agreed with Brooks and his opinion about how it is "slowing things down." Instead of going on a few dates with someone, and than go out with them and being able to end it at anytime and not feel like it was a waste. But with dating someone online, there is a whole other process when it comes down to it, what is the point of dating someone online for 6 months, than talking to them on the phone for a couple of months and at the end finely get to meet the person, what happens when it doesn't work out the way you planned? I guess try to find someone else online. My whole overview of online dating is that it's for lazy people, But than I started wondering about the pros and cons about online dating.
