Problems of Good and Evil Free Essay, Term Paper and Book Report

In this paper I am going to be talking about the logical problem of evil, and the evidential problem of evil. I will also be talking about my atheistic worldview in depth and the arguments that surround it. In order to discuss an atheistic worldview, first the arguments and replies to the arguments of the problem of evil have to be discussed and dealt with. The problem of evil is an argument based around evils that are present in this world. For a long time theists have been claiming that their God is a three O' God. These three O's being omniscient, omnibenevolent, and omnipotent. Omnipotent means God is all powerful, and not a created being or "from self". God can do all things logically possible. Omnibenevolent means God is all loving and all good. God is the source of all good. Omniscient means that everything there is to know, God knows. Theists also believe that God created everything in this natural world 'ex nihilo' of out of nothing. Also God created this world in an original state of goodness. This belief works in favor of philosopher's arguing for the problem......
