Client is a 36 year-old, African-American, single female with four (4) children. Client has three (3) daughters (aged 16, 15, and 13). She also has one (1) son (aged 9). Client reports that their relationship is "getting better" because she no longer abuses opiates. Client's children were removed from her home by Child protective services and placed with client's grandmother. Client was released from Oakland County Jail on 9/17/2007 after completing a 10 month sentence. Client's criminal history includes soliciting and possession. Client has been incarcerated 1 other time for soliciting with possession where she spent 5 months in the Oakland County Jail. Client is currently under probation w/50th District Court in Pontiac, MI from which she has to take a drug test once a month and follow rules of her probation until September of 2010. Client has a 6.5 yr history of heroine dependency (304.00). Client came to Recovery Consultants Inc on her own free will.
