Football Football is an exciting and fun sport. Whether one plays tackle, touch or flag football this intense activity truly involves passion, commitment, and a dose of muscle aching roughness. Football is loved by fans no matter their age, race or gender. It captivates the hearts and imaginations of hundreds of thousands fans and players and then compels these to descend upon places ranging from vacant lots to multimillion dollar stadiums each year to either personally wage war with �the enemy� or to witness the intense battle between two teams of modern gladiators. The fifty-three players for each team are organized into two basic divisions with each division being subdivided into specialized units trained for very specific assignments.
