In the Webster dictionary leadership is defined as the office or position of a leader or the capacity to lead. (Webster�s Dictionary) Leadership as we have found out cannot be easily defined. Throughout the semester we focused on defining leadership and giving our perceptions and ideas on leadership. Leadership as we put it together possesses the qualities, ideas, and goals of a leader.
