The earth is over 4.6 billion years old, and for millions of years before humans ever existed, animals roamed the earth. Animals have inhabited and taken care of mother earth for generations. They have coexisted with nature and contributed non invasively to the cycle of life. As a matter of fact, every animal in its own life cycle contributes to the life cycle of others, including human beings. On the other hand, the evolution of man and technological advances can be only traced as far back as 15,000 years ago (winters) Within this time frame we have managed to rape our world of its natural resources by polluting our air, waters, and our lands. People on an everyday basis pollute the earth without consciously giving any thought to their actions toward the environment. We might think of the big factories damaging the ozone layer with their copious smoke coming out of their chimneys or about the trees that existed for thousands of years and are in a matter of minutes cut down without a second thought. But in reality many contribute to the downfall of our earth with our eve......
