Tobias Wolff Old School Biography: Born in 1945, he travelled the U.S. until he settled and grew up in Washington. He went to School in Pennsylvania. �� He was expelled from school because he kept on failing mathematics in his final year. �� He spent 4 Years as a Paratrooper in the Army and went to Vietnam. 1972 he went to England where he got an honours degree in English literature. Currently he is teaching Creative Writing at the Stanford University in California. Background of his Story: Old School is written in a Time before the exploding Events of the sixties in America.
