Schindler�s list: Critical Evaluation Introduction The film �Schindlers List� is based on a novel called Schindler�s ark by Tomas Keneally. Then in 1993, Universal studios made film directed by Steven Speilberg called �Schindlers List�. Its is about a war profiteer during the second world war. A war profiteer is someone who try to make money during a war by selling war items. His name is Oscar Schindler he uses his charm and money to make friends with nazi officers who have occupation of Krakow, Poland. Schindler starts company and he only employs Jewish workers because they are cheaper to employ because they have just been thrown out of there houses and thrown into the ghetto which is small houses in terrible conditions. Then Schindler sees what is happening to the Jews during the liquidation of the ghetto. This makes Schindler start to use his money to save them. He managed to save 1100 in total. To help Schindler to do this he has to make friends with a nazi officer called Amon Goeth who treats the Jews like dogs. Schindler gets help saving Jews with his friend ......
