Body altering drugs are a lame excuse for not working out. People in today�s society are always trying to find the easy way out and are never willing to give a good half hour a day to change their body. Weight loss piles and steroids are usually going to work, otherwise they would be out of business but that doesn�t mean it is always right to do so. I feel that people should/can use these drugs to a certain extent. Steroids and diet piles I am against, but as far as protein shakes go that�s cool. I feel this way because of the things I read while researching the topic. If some people are that desperate and will try anything then I�m not going to stop them. As an individual I would not use these drugs. I know people who have taken creatine for example and yeah he got all big, he increased his bench 50 pounds. I�m not going to hold anything against him but I wouldn�t do it. I�ve heard that a lot of these different types of piles can severely damage your liver or if used excessively cause brain tumors.
