However, some also believe that there is a limit on taxing the people of Hawaii. House Bill 1309 of Hawaii is a bill that will pass the implementation of Light Rail Transit in Oahu. The purpose of this bill is to find an alternative way to alleviate traffic congestion in Oahu. Of course, it will also increase the taxes in Hawaii even more. It will have a positive effect on some companies and businesses here in Hawaii. However, it will have minimum positive effects and results that are more negative in Hawaii�s economic position.
