Sexual harassment commonly occurs in the in the workplace and remains unreported for the most part. The more females that are taking executive positions with companies, the tougher the competition has become between males and females. Many times this competition is unfair and leads to bias towards hard workers based upon their gender. Magretta addresses both issues in this article that happen more often than not.
