Religious Holidays There are many differences in Christianity, Judaism, and Islam however there are also some similarities. One of these similarities is that all of them have some way of celebrating different moments in their history, whether its Christmas, Hanukah, or Ramadan. All are modern or sometimes not so modern ways of remembering the past of their respected religion. Christianity celebrates the birth of Jesus Christ, the resurrection of Jesus Christ, and lifting of Jesus into Heaven. Judaism celebrates Hanukah, Pesach, Yom Kippur, and Rosh Hashanah, all of which have extreme importance to their faith. Muslims commemorate the day that Noah�s ark touched dry land and he stepped on dry land again, the night that the Qur�an was given to Muhammad, and the birthday of Muhammad. These celebrations started many years ago and they still go on today although some traditions have changed over the years.
