The drama titled �Hamlet, Prince of Denmark� by William Shakespeare is considered to be one of his most well known and most quoted plays. I consider it one of Shakespeare�s finest works in his writing career because of its themes, its characters, its setting and most of all how Shakespeare gets deep into the mind of each character. The play is about a young prince by the name of Hamlet, whose father died two months ago. His father was the king of Denmark and was married to Hamlet�s mother, Gertrude. Hamlet suspected some foul play with his father�s death but he was not sure what to think so he kept everything to himself. He later finds out from his father�s ghost that his death was not as rumor has it, but that he was murdered by his brother Claudius. Not only did Claudius murder Hamlet�s father but he also took over the kingdom and got married to Hamlet�s mother. The ghost then gives Hamlet a charge and a command - to take revenge against Claudius for the murder he committed. Hamlet struggles continuously throughout the play.
