Coaching Philosophy Philosophy is a discipline regarding some logic and ethics, a discipline in regards to a set of ideas or beliefs that relate to a particular field or activity, an underlying theory or a system of values by which ones lives by. Everyone lives by their own philosophy whether realized or not and as for a coach they �stick to it like glue�. Unfair as this statement may be it is often easier said than done, however to deny one�s philosophy is to deny one�s self entire. My philosophy would most definitely consist of winning, as do most, but winning on two different levels. Winning can be a victory in a competition or achieving success in one�s self; satisfaction of accomplishing something with much effort. The second level of winning which I find most important would be to grow into a well-rounded individual. In this case everyone wins.
