You can answer this question in many different ways here are some of my thoughts it was not logical to throw out the Articles of Confederation, but it was the next step towards a free , and independent America. Some reasons that makes me feel this way is because they threw out their only form of a government. Also the people that went to the meeting thought they would just be altering the Articles of Confederation. A few reasons that makes me feel that it was the next best step because as referred to, in Document 5 the only weak point was that there was struggle over ratification, in the Articles there were many problems.
