This scene creates a more developed atmosphere and allows for further comical pleasures. The clever use of technological devices makes for enjoyable and more appreciative displays of action, comedy, love, lust, mistaken identities, and outrageous behavior to name a few. Twelfth Night’s older, grammatical English text and the sophisticated gadgets contribute to an appealing and a dynamic plot. I chose an undoubtedly both amusing and somewhat pathetic scene where Malvolio is tricked by Maria and company into thinking that his lady Olivia has immense affection for him.
