The rights that are read only pertain to people of wealth. If we look at the Anti-drug Abuse Act of 1986, the whole purpose was to regulate sentencing for drug related offenses. Instead, this Act actually increased racial disparity, reduced gender disparity, and threw many of our minorities into worse economic predicaments.
