The author will discuss the organizational culture, the organizational structure, and the leadership style of KFF based on organizational performance. In addition, the author will discuss internal and external events that could drive change at KFF. KFF is a one stop gourmet food store where one can find a wide selection of the freshest ingredients for gourmet meals and in addition, all of the tools a gourmet cook needs (University of Phoenix, 2007). The first upscale specialty food store opened in 1998 in La Jolla California.
