Motivation in workplace is hard sometimes for a manger or supervisor. Day in and day out, employees do the same thing and after a while the challenge is gone. What can a manager do to motivate his team? How can he give them a boost to raise there morale? Managers need to do research on their own to find out what increases his or hers team morale.
In my place of employment, a call center, people who come in and apply for a job put on their best facade to sale themselves to the interviewer. After that portion of the interview, there is a physiological exam too see how the prospective applicant would handle themselves in a negative situation with a customer. The percentage of customers who call everyday sounds small (3%), but as a representative of the company each person has to handle themselves professionally even when a customer is screaming at them.
