The world is being flattened through great advances in communication technology. Certain countries are catching up with the United States in terms of technology, particularly India and China. These countries are the upcoming powers in computer programming, data management and telecommunication, and they deserve a chance to compete with America since they have people that concentrate in this technological field. Countries like India and China are willing to invest more into this field in hoping that someday, they could surpass America. Like a Chinese official says, Today, the U.S, you are the designers, the architects, and the developing countries are the bricklayers for the buildings. But one day I hope we will be the architects.(Friedman 36). Although China and India are still trying to catch up with America, I think that they have a good reason to believe so because they have such a huge population that the United States would never match with them. This population will serve as their market power because foreign firms would love to take part in this......
