Supply Strategy: - is also known as supply chain management. Its aim is to reduce waste and maximize value. Its main objective is to satisfy customers needs along the supply chain.
In regards to Nostovia it is vital to make sure that there is a smooth process for all the operations happening within the airport in time. The main reason being so the aircraft is on schedule and delays are not occurred as these results in dissatisfaction for customers and even a decrease of profit for the airport.
Every operation which is carried out at the airport needs to be observed thoroughly before the plane is taken of.
