It can therefore be clearly seen how firms on different continents can have very different ways of running the same kind of business and focusing on various objectives. The impact of a countrys culture on corporate strategy is seen very clearly. Emerging markets such as the BRICs (Brazil, Russia, India, and China) focus more on very aggressive growth figures and building a solid foundation for a long future ahead. These companies are usually very young and are learning to do business in a dynamic environment.
