Pearl Harbour (PG-13) Plot Set doing the time of the Japanese bombing of Pearl Harbour, two childhood friends are caught up in the events that draw the United States into world war two. Together they enlist into the U.S. Air force and soon enough they both become involved with the same woman. Review The movie starts with a prologue set in the past with two childhood friends: Rafe (Ben Affleck) and Danny (Josh Hartnett) whose dream is to one day join the Air force and become a pilot. When WWII breaks out they realise their dream and sign up. During his medical tests Rafe falls for Lt Nurse Evelyn (Kate Beckindale) who illegally passes him through an eye test. After several attempts Rafe gets the girl and they fall in love. With Germany taking over all of Europe and England short on pilots, Rafe volunteers for the Royal Air Force. Evelyn is shocked when she finds out that her new love is leaving to put his life on the line not long after meeting him.
